This Group has published regular Newsletters to accompany each annual Bird Fair as well as several books :

Its members have contributed to numerous journals, periodicals and news papers on conservation related issues.

Representation on Committees devoted to conservation

Harsh Vardhan, Hony. Secretary, has been Member of several Committees of the Ministry of Environment & Forest in the Government of India, and is presently Member of the Rajasthan State Wildlife Advisory Board; also served as Advisor to the University of Rajasthan for setting up a separate Department for Human Ecology.


Samar Singh, President, has been Member of the Prime Minister’s Task Force to inquire in to the reasons of extinction of Tigers in Sariska and to suggest Tiger Conservation all over the country.
