Expert bird watchers are invited from Keoladeo National Park ( www.knpark.org, www.savingcranes.org ), Bharatpur, to assist with programmes. Local university and college experts also assist the Fair.

Each year, a publication is brought out for distribution at the Fair that highlights conservation and birding details to let people know how to conserve nature.
